Leading Teams

Team leaders, supervisors and mid-level managers provide a vital link between the organization’s strategy and the frontline. To be effective as a leader, you need to develop your style, skills and techniques to meet the day to day challenges your team faces and become a role model to your team.

In this two-day course participants will engage with each other, discover their leadership style, recognize characteristics of people they work with and learn how to improve their own leadership style and how to effectively motivate others.
