Leadership Skills for Supervisors

Supervisors are often the crucial link between the workforce and the management of an organization. This means that the supervisor must know how to communicate, prioritize, plan and manage their time and how to improve productivity of their team. In this one-day workshop, especially designed for (aspiring) supervisors, participants will identify their own primary leadership style, learn how to develop the flexibility to use other leadership styles, how to effectively communicate with their employees and how to coach them to success.
